Please note that all orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Malaysia. If you are located outside of Malaysia, kindly refer to our international shipping information.

Shipping timelines indicated below are approximate and do not include weekends, holidays or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc).

The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.

  • Delivery within 3–5 working days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Please refer to the table below for international shipping fees.
  • Complimentary shipping is available for all orders above RM1,500.
  • Orders are delivered within 5–8 working days, excluding potential delays caused by customs clearance.

Once an order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking information. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY

Depending on the value of your order, a signature may be required upon delivery. All orders are covered under carrier insurance while in transit. The Love Diamond is absolved of all responsibility for any loss due to the package being delivered without supervision.

PRE-ORDERED JEWELLERY

If your order contains pre-ordered pieces, items will ship as soon as they are available and you will not be charged for multiple shipments. This way, all in-stock items will ship the next business day, and all pre-ordered pieces will ship when available.

Please note that some of our products are made-to-order, i.e., the item is manufactured once the order is placed and will ship as soon as it is available. We aim to ship pre-order items within 14 days, though certain pieces may take slightly longer due to the nature of the jewellery.
