Receive a complimentary piercing with the purchase of any Love Diamond ear stud — either online from 3 – 14 September, or in-boutique on the day of the event.
When and where is the piercing event?
Our Piercing Booth will take place on 19 September at SUEN, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.
Am I entitled to a complimentary piercing if I shop online?
Absolutely. Once your online order is placed by 14 September, please book your piercing slot here. We’ll then confirm your slot via WhatsApp.
What if I am unable to attend on 19 September?
Should you be unable to join us, your eligibility will remain valid for six months from the date of purchase. You may redeem your complimentary piercing at a future Piercing Booth event. These events are typically held every three months, though schedules may vary.

Can I receive multiple piercings?
Each ear stud purchase entitles you to one complimentary piercing. To curate your perfect ear stack, simply select the number of studs you wish to have pierced.
Why should I shop online?
We recommend securing your favourite designs online, as our curated collections often sell quickly. Our Cappuccino Collection is available exclusively online and is not available in-store for viewing or purchase. Shopping in advance also saves time on the day of the event. As a welcome gift, enjoy 10% off your first online order when you join our newsletter.
If you prefer to choose your piece in person, we suggest arriving earlier than your scheduled slot to browse our in-boutique selection.
How will I receive my online purchase?
You may choose home delivery or boutique collection on 19 September for immediate piercing. Our team will contact you to confirm your preferred option. If you select home delivery, please remember to bring your Love Diamond ear studs with you to your appointment.
What piercing method is used?
Piercings are performed using a precision needle technique, administered by our friends at Elaira to ensure a gentle and comfortable experience.
