Shipping is complimentary for all Malaysian orders; Singapore and international shipping is free for orders over RM1,500. For deliveries to Singapore, import taxes and duties are already included in the product price, so there are no additional charges upon delivery. For deliveries outside Malaysia (excluding Singapore), local customs duties or taxes may apply.
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want your jewellery to last a lifetime. Every piece from The Love Diamond is covered by a six-month limited warranty from the original purchase date, which applies to repairs for manufacturing defects only.Repairs needed due to misuse, mishandling, accidents, normal wear and tear, or third-party alterations are not covered under this warranty.You can read our full warranty policy.
