The Love Diamonds are crafted from Kimberley Process-compliant natural diamonds. Established in 2003, the Kimberley Process (KP) is a multilateral trade regime designed to prevent the flow of conflict diamonds. The core of this regime, the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS), ensures that states implement safeguards on shipments of rough diamonds, certifying them as conflict-free. Today, KP participants actively prevent 99.8% of worldwide trade in conflict diamonds.
Additionally, we strive to partner with organizations certified against international sustainability standards and best practices, such as the Responsible Jewellery Council.
While most 18k white gold consists of nickel, which may irritate the skin, ours is nickel-free, making it hypoallergenic and gentle on the skin. On top of that, our 18k white gold contains 32% palladium, a precious lustrous metal to achieve the whitest and brightest metal finish.
Solid gold is a precious metal that doesn’t oxidise and discolour, meaning it can retain its spellbinding sheen over time. The Love Diamond jewellery is crafted in 18k solid gold which offers a good balance of purity and durability. So if you’re looking for gold jewellery that is both luxurious and practical, 18k gold is the way to go.
Choosing the right flatback post length depends on the thickness of your earlobe or the area you’re styling — whether that’s the lobe, helix, conch, or cartilage.
For most fully healed piercings, a 6.5mm post offers a secure and comfortable fit. If you have thicker lobes, cartilage piercings, or a newer piercing that may require extra room, we recommend the 8mm post for added comfort.

We currently accept credit and debit card payments only.
For deliveries to Singapore, import taxes and duties are already included in the product price, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.
For deliveries outside Malaysia (excluding Singapore), local customs duties or taxes may apply. As these are set by local authorities, The Love Diamond is unable to determine the exact amount in advance. We recommend reaching out to your local customs office for guidance.
Please note that any duties or taxes incurred at delivery are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to select a different piece, please return your current item and place a new order.

While we hope you adore your new piece, we understand that a design may not be the perfect fit. We’re happy to offer a full refund for unworn and unaltered jewellery purchased online at https://thelovediamondofficial.com/ when returned within 14 days from the day the shipment is delivered.
For hygiene and safety reasons, all jewellery used for new piercings at The Love Diamond retail locations is final sale. Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at our physical boutiques.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
- All returned items must be in their original condition, free from any signs of wear or damage, and have their original packaging intact.
- Items purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set; individual items of a set are not eligible for return.
- The sealed plastic must remain unopened.
- Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch).
- Custom orders and engraved items are final sale and non-refundable.

To ensure your piece is safely received and processed, please note that The Love Diamond can only accept authorized returns. Items sent back without prior approval will be returned to the sender, and The Love Diamond cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Submit Your Request:

- A clear photo of the item inside the sealed plastic, and all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch)
- A brief explanation of your return request
Please wait for our official confirmation before proceeding.
- Prepare Your Return Package:
- Repack the item in its original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included).
- Place everything securely into the reusable FedEx Pak shipped with your original order and seal the FedEx Pak carefully.
- Return Shipping
- Print and attach the return label sent to your email.
- Drop it off at your nearest FedEx location or schedule a FedEx pickup. If you have any issues with FedEx, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.
- Tracking & Updates
- You can track your shipment using the FedEx airway bill number provided.
- We’ll also keep you updated on the progress of your return and refund via email.
We aim to process all returns within 14 working days. Once completed, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please note that all returns are subject to a shipping and processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Duties and taxes paid separately are non-refundable, though you may wish to contact your local customs office for assistance.
Warranty
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want your jewellery to last a lifetime. Every piece from The Love Diamond is covered by a six-month limited warranty from the original purchase date, which applies to repairs for manufacturing defects only.
Repairs needed due to misuse, mishandling, accidents, normal wear and tear, or third-party alterations are not covered under this warranty.

To ensure your jewellery receives the care it deserves, please obtain written approval from The Love Diamond before sending it in for repair.
Once approved, simply follow the steps below to begin your repair process — our team will take care of the rest.

Once we have reviewed and approved your request, you will be provided with:- Official quotation (if applicable)

- Package your jewellery securely together with the Repair Form.
- Ship the item to your flagship location with insurance coverage.
- Tracking & Updates
- You can track your shipment using the FedEx airway bill number provided.
- We’ll also keep you updated on the progress of your repair via email.
Please note that any jewellery sent to The Love Diamond without a Repair Form will be returned to the sender at their own expense.
We’re only able to accept repairs for pieces purchased directly from The Love Diamond. If your jewellery was purchased through an external retailer, kindly contact the original seller for assistance.
Our complimentary warranty covers repairs for manufacturing defects only. Repairs needed due to misuse, mishandling, accidents, normal wear and tear, or third-party alterations are not included.
