What if I don’t know my partner's ring size?
The most effortless way is to borrow a ring they already wear quietly—just be sure it’s for the right finger—and have it measured using our Ring Size Guide! Alternatively, you can bring over the existing ring to our boutique for a professional measurement by our experts.
How should I care for The Love Diamond custom pieces?
Caring for your tailor-made ring begins with mindful everyday wear and gentle cleaning to maintain its natural sparkle. You can read more about Jewellery Care, thoughtfully shared by our very own insiders, for day-to-day maintenance.
When you need a little extra help, our aftercare service offers complimentary cleaning, polishing, and plating at our Atelier.
Is there a warranty for custom-made rings?
Yes. Every Love Diamond ring is covered by a six-month limited warranty from the original purchase date, which applies to repairs for manufacturing defects only.
Your warranty, however, does not cover repairs caused by life’s little “adventures”, such as accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or any alterations performed by third parties.
