Is the collection suitable for sensitive ears?
Absolutely! Unlike most white gold, which contains nickel and can irritate skin, ours is completely hypoallergenic. Every alloy at The Love Diamond is carefully selected to minimise irritation, making them gentle even with everyday wear.
How easy are these stud earrings to wear?
Our earrings feature an internally threaded flatback design that is easy to put on. Simply insert the post from behind the ear, then screw the front on until it sits flush against your skin.
Each purchase comes with an insertion pin to help guide the post into place if you need a little extra help.

Are the gold diamond studs covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every piece comes with a six-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering repairs for any manufacturing defects. Within those six months, repairs are free of charge, shipping included.
Please note that everyday wear and tear, accidents, or alterations made elsewhere are not covered.
How long does delivery take to Singapore?
Within 2 to 4 working days, not counting weekends, holidays, or customs clearance. Shipping is SGD 10, and free on orders above RM1,500, with import taxes and duties already included in the price.

Is the white gold earring returnable?
Online orders can’t be exchanged, but they can be returned. If a design isn’t quite right for you, we’re happy to offer a full refund on unworn and unaltered jewellery with packaging intact, returned within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.
All returns are subject to a return shipping and processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
